Eibhlis is the Manager of Croom Family Resource Centre. She joined the organisation in October 2021. Eibhlís, working with Croom Family Resource Centre’s Voluntary Board of Management, is responsible for managing the work of the organisation, implementing the Strategic Plan and ensuring the ongoing development of the organisation to meet the needs of our community.
Sonia has been with the centre since 2008 and has watched the service grow and develop over the years. She is the Project Administrator and ensures everything runs efficiently. Sonia provides practical assistance to individuals and community groups, such as access to information technology, and office facilities as well as form completion. Sonia supports the counselling service and manages all the finances of the company.
Family Support Worker
Caroline joined the organisation in January 2022. Working in the area of Family Support for over 15 years, she provides our Family Support service. Caroline uses a wraparound approach that promotes the well-being of families. Some of the key areas of work she leads out on are 1:1 parent support, family support, parenting programmes and parent and toddler groups.
Community Development Worker
Joe was appointed to the position of Community Development Worker in April 2022. He has a particular interest in the area of mental health & wellbeing, as he is also a student counsellor in Hospital Family Resource Centre. Joe works collaboratively with relevant community partners and organisations to assess local needs and to share skills and resources. He supports the development of responsive and inclusive community initiatives.
Karen has been with the organisation for over 10 years. She has been integral in growing the childcare services from a Preschool to now also providing a Breakfast Club and Afterschool Service. She recently went back to education to increase her qualification. She is the Childcare Lead and oversees the project ensuring we provide an inclusive service.
Sarah started working inn Croom FRC in September 2011 as a Childcare Assistant. Sarah completed her QQI level 6 childcare award in 2015 and has continued to study special needs and challenging behaviour since then. Sarah enjoys engaging in messy play and sensory activities with the Pre and After School children.
Becky has worked at the FRC since January 2020 starting in our After School service. In September 2021 she gained her childcare qualification and also became an AIMS worker in our Preschool. She also works in the Breakfast Club. She encourages all the children to express themselves through the medium of arts and crafts for which she has a natural flair.
Mary works in every area of our Childcare service. She is very popular with the children and enjoys story time and being outdoors with all age groups.
