Eibhlís Bray
Manager
Eibhlis has been the Manager of Croom Family Resource Centre since October 2021, bringing a renewed vibrancy and dedication to the Centre’s vision and mission. With a strong background in community work and strategic planning, Eibhlis works closely with the Voluntary Board of Management to oversee all aspects of the Centre’s operations. She is responsible for implementing the Strategic Plan, securing funding, and nurturing partnerships with local organisations. Her commitment to Croom FRC ensures that the Centre continuously adapts to meet the evolving needs of the community and local families. Under her leadership, the Centre has expanded its programmes and services, enhancing its role as a vital resource in the community.

Sonia Sheehan
Finance and Compliance
Sonia has been an integral part of our centre since 2008, witnessing and contributing to its remarkable growth and development. As the Senior Administrator her focus is on finance and compliance. She ensures seamless operations and efficiency across all services. Sonia plays a crucial role in managing the company’s growing finances, ensuring both stability and compliance with all relevant regulations. She meticulously oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and audits, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and transparency. Sonia’s dedication and multifaceted skills are key to our continued success.

Lauryn Moloney
Communications Officer
Lauryn, a Social Care graduate, joined the team here in Croom FRC in March 2024 as Communications Officer. She is responsible for the centre’s communications, public engagement, website management, media relations and a range of administrative functions, ensuring that information on services, programmes and community initiatives is communicated in a clear and inclusive manner. She supports the centre’s mission of strengthening individuals, families and the wider community by promoting awareness, encouraging participation and fostering meaningful connections.

Ciara O’Connell
Community Development
Ciara began at Croom FRC as a student on placement in 2022. After completing her Social Care degree, she transitioned into the Community Development Worker role. Ciara’s role includes creating and supporting community groups, services, and initiatives such as Meals on Wheels to reduce social exclusion based on local needs in Croom, Ballingarry, and surrounding areas. As the Community Development Worker, Ciara works towards inclusivity and empowerment of individuals in our community by providing general support, practical assistance and information to individuals and groups.

Sinead Hough
Community kitchen development worker
Sinead joined Croom FRC as Community Kitchen Development Worker in June 2026. With a degree in Nutritional Sciences and completing an MA in Health Promotion, Sinead is passionate about supporting community health and wellbeing through nutrition and community development. Her role includes coordinating the Croom Community Kitchen Project, supporting our Meals on Wheels initiative, the monthly food and hygiene bank and delivering nutrition and cookery programmes that promote healthy eating, reduce food poverty and strengthen community development.

Sandra Gardiner
Meals on wheels administrator
Sandra joined the team here in Croom FRC in January 2026 as Meals on Wheels Administrator.
